You are here
and that means something.

Seeking help, whether it is for you, your family or a friend, is the first step. It does not reflect a failure to cope with the curve balls that life throws at you, but an effort to enhance your resilience in the face of it.

Often a crisis is what brings someone to therapy — the process and the partnership therein serves as a holding environment for the client, till he/she feels more contained. But the real work begins once the crisis is over, as you steer a course towards finding a congruent self.
